Will the goods look exactly as in the pictures?
Our product quality is good relatively to many our rivals. Around 70% of our products are the same as in the photos and 30% imitate from fashion magazine.

Can I buy in bulk or wholesale prices?
Yes. Bulk price could be deal with us directly.

Payment 
Do you provide COD and where can we meet up?
Yes, COD do available and the place is according to term and condition. 

What payment methods is available?
We accept Maybank, CIMB, Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat.

Do I need to provide evidence after I make the payment?
Yes. You have to submit your payment details as below.

Your email/ name : (Name / email)
Bank Name: (In which bank do you transfer your money to)
Time            : ( Time you deposit the money)
Date            : ( When do you transfer the money)
Amount       : (How much do you transfer the money)

What should I do after I make the payment?
You should text @ email us ASAP

How much of postage fee?
The postage fee will be charge according to the goods weight.

When i will get my goods after the payment has been made?
If the payment are made before 2p.m, the goods will be deliver on the same day. The goods will be arriving in 1-3 days on working days.
SHIPPING
When will my item be shipped?
Our delivery is every weekend as long as the post office is open. We will deliver the good after the payment has been made.

I don’t live in Malaysia. Can I still purchase the items?
For sure and our pleasure. However international buyers will have to bear the shipping costs, as well as (if any) taxes.

RESERVATIONS
Can I reserve an item? 
Yes but Cosmo Outfit only keep reservations under your name for 72 hours. If payment is not made within 72 hours of reservation, Cosmo Outfit reserve the right to release the item to be sold to other buyers.

RETURNS
If I’m not happy with my purchased product, can I return it? 
At Cosmo Outfit, we want our customer to be satisfied with the product they received. If you find yourself to be unsatisfied with your purchased, we allow for any product items to be returned, subject to term and condition as long the goods that they are not worn yet, with the tags still attached. 
 
Important Notes
  • The return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by Cosmo Outfit provided the return and replacement is due to Damage or Stained item
  • Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and color only
  • If customer received a damaged item and request for a different design or color as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
  • If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be credited from customers next purchase. No monetary refund is allowed
  • Cosmo Outfit reserves full right to reject any returned goods not meeting the stipulated Stock Return Policy
Returnable/Exchangeable Section
  • Items that are terribly damage or stained
  • If the quality, design, and size of item are far from your customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other design subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Section
  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online
  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button or pocket)
  • Return or exchange is not allowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm
  • Sales items is not returnable unless it is a damage item
  • Any Item from Premium Pre Order section that due to size, color, design, and material problem is not returnable or exchangeable
